Policies & Registration Information
 
Camp Dates
June 22–26, 2026
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Optional Extended Care available until 5:00 PM.
 
Registration
A $50 registration fee is required to reserve a student’s placement.
The registration fee:
Applies toward total tuition
Is non-refundable
Will only be refunded if CLC cancels the camp
Enrollment is confirmed only after the registration fee is received.
 
Tuition & Payment Schedule
Early Bird Tuition: $375 (register by March 15, 2026)
Regular Tuition: $400
Remaining tuition will be invoiced via email.
All tuition must be paid by March 31, 2026.
Registrations submitted after March 31 require full payment within 3 days to secure placement.
Failure to complete payment may result in loss of placement.
 
 
Minimum Enrollment
A minimum of 10 students is required for the camp to operate.
If minimum enrollment is not met:
Camp will be canceled
Registration fees will be fully refunded
 
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a parent withdraws:
The $50 registration fee is non-refundable
Withdrawal before March 31: tuition refunded minus $50
No refunds after March 31 unless the student’s spot can be filled
No refunds for missed camp days
 
Extended Care
Extended Care is available until 5:00 PM at $25 per day.
Extended Care fees are due with tuition payment.
Late pickup beyond 5:00 PM may result in additional charges.
 
Lunch Policy
Lunch is not provided. We will provide some refreshments.
Students must bring their own lunch daily. We have microwaves on site.
 
Health & Safety
Parents must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs during registration.
CLC reserves the right to dismiss a student for unsafe or disruptive behavior. No refund will be issued in such cases.
 
Liability Waiver
By registering, parents acknowledge that participation in camp activities involves normal risks associated with group programs.
Parents agree to release CLC and its staff from liability for minor injuries or incidents that may occur during camp activities.
 
Media Release
Parents may choose to allow CLC to use photos/videos
